Edith Hlawati currently serves on the supervisory boards of four associated companies. Exercising these mandates is the most important task of the ÖBAG Executive Board. Following the expiration of her current term on the Supervisory Board of Österreichische Post AG, at the end of the 2023 Annual General Meeting, Edith Hlawati will not be available for re-election to the Supervisory Board.

Section 11, paragraph 4 of the ÖBAG Act therefore provides that supervisory board functions in several ÖBAG companies are counted as only one seat for the purposes of the maximum mandate limits.

In addition to safeguarding the interests of the Republic, the ÖBAG Board is also required to ensure the highest standards of corporate governance in its portfolio companies.
