The ÖBAG Supervisory Board takes further steps in succession planning for the ÖBAG Executive Board

Vienna, June 04, 2021. The Supervisory Board of Österreichische Beteiligungs AG (ÖBAG) is announcing today the next step in the process of filling the vacant position on the Management Board of ÖBAG.

The ÖBAG nomination committee, chaired by Helmut Kern, has appointed Egon Zehnder as a personnel consultant to oversee the search for the ÖBAG board members, following a transparent, open, and competitive process. The job posting for the ÖBAG board will be published in mid-June after the qualification criteria have been finalized.
