Close to 100% of Verbund’s generated power is derived from renewable hydropower. Verbund’s hydro generation portfolio in Austria and Germany and approximately 3,800 FTEs generate annual revenues of approximately EUR 10.5 billion. Verbund and Austrian Power Grid (APG) are the backbone of the Austrian power system and an important pillar for the stability of the European power system. Verbund is listed on the Vienna Stock exchange and is top ranked within the ATX in terms of market capitalization.
